As a gun owner, you probably know the four universal safety rules by heart. But we find that a refresher doesn’t hurt every now and then.
- 1. Treat every gun like it’s loaded.
- 2. Never point a weapon at anything you don’t intend to shoot.
- 3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have made the decision to shoot.
- 4. Be sure of your target and what lies beyond it.
